I use many online services regularly. Here are five of the most useful ones in my opinion.
1. Save videos from Youtube and other online videos. http://sfrom.net. Add before the address "sfrom.net/": was
https://www.youtube.com/watch? v = sVxbmXJOUL8 - becomes: sfrom.net/
https://www.youtube.com/watch? v = sVxbmXJOUL8. Then click "download without installation".
For Youtube, you can simply add two "s" in front of the address:
https://www.youtube.com/watch? v = sVxbmXJOUL8 -> ssyoutube.com/watch? v = sVxbmXJOUL8
2. Video to animated GIF converter https://ezgif.com/video-to-gif. You can choose the start and end times, change the size and number of frames per second, adjust the brightness, contrast and much, much more.
3. Any video to MP4 converter https://ezgif.com/video-to-mp4. The same site has an excellent converter for any video (it understands MTS, FLV, MOV, 3GP and a bunch of other formats).
On the same site, there are many more video processing functions - crop, resize, reverse, rotate.
4. Removing the title picture from a Youtube video http://shpargalkablog.ru/2013/06/youtube.html.
5. Text to HTML Converter http://ru.texthandler.com/text-tools/text-to-html/. The converter is valuable in that it does not touch the html tags in the text and allows you to convert the "under-HTML" LiveJournal into normal html by adding paragraph tags and line breaks.
