Submariners go on combat duty for many months. Most of this time, people are in limited and extremely cramped conditions of life with the same collective. The question arises: how do military personnel on submarines manage to avoid conflicts and simply not go crazy?
In fact, the success of a long trip in a submarine consists of several components in this matter. The first and most important is the extremely strict and specific selection of candidates for service. Conflict personalities and lazy people simply do not get on board a submarine. In addition, seafarers regularly undergo a medical examination, which allows to determine their condition.
The second important component is nutrition. Divers are fed very well. Often in their diet there are dishes, many of which ordinary people do not always see even on holidays. For example, sailors are actively fed caviar. Fruits and sweets, small portions of red wine are also present in the diet.

The third component is personal hygiene and complete order. Of course, this paragraph applies to any military service in general. However, as strange as it sounds, the need to constantly maintain order disciplines people and puts their “brains in their place”. Today the bed was not made, and tomorrow they lost the nuclear war.
Finally, the fourth component is leisure. Since the appearance of the first submarines, the sailors serving on them have had time for leisure. Sailors are allowed to read books, play board games, watch movies. Modern submariners are allowed to carry some modern gadgets. In addition, on board the submarine there is always a small gym with equipment and a pear.
