I continue the story about the Geek Picnic 2022 festival, which took place in the Moscow Muzeon park. Today I will talk about interesting developments and just funny.
If you missed the first part, watch it here.
I finally got my hands on Flipper Zero and even read them his key-tablet from the intercom and key fob-key from the garage.
As at the last festival, Kirill Silin "chip" everyone, implanting NFC, RFID or magnet modules into their hands. The first two modules allow you to open electronic locks with a "touch of the hand", the magnet adds a real sixth sense to a person: a person begins to physically feel magnetic fields.
Startup MurQ showed a prototype vibroacoustic antispasmodic anesthetic to eliminate muscle and menstrual pain.
The AnnNIGM clip allows you to track changes in blood sugar levels.
The clip is fixed on the ear and transmits data to the application. So far it cannot be called a non-invasive glucometer (absolute sugar values are not measured), but the abrupt changes that are so important for diabetics, according to the creators, are tracked with confidence.
The Polssir system, based on Doppler radars and cameras, monitors the condition of lonely elderly people and notifies relatives in case of a fall and other unpleasant situations.
The BionMax laboratory has developed and conducts tests for vitamin and mineral deficiencies in the human body.
EcoSreda produces a new very durable material from recycled plastic (bottle caps) and sand.
Here is a bench made of this material weighs about 150 kg and is not afraid of rain, fire, mechanical damage.
And this is the very first test copy of the Yandex delivery robot.
It does not have a container for ordering and you can look at its electronic insides.
Funny "toy" cardboard cameras Paper Shoot.
You will be surprised, but these toys really know how to take pictures and record frames on an SD card.
Mechanized prosthetic hands with different designs.
There was even a separate steampunk eyewear shop at the festival.
There were also some very strange things. This cello with a motor once a minute made a heartbreaking sound. Why nobody understood. :)
In two publications, I have provided more than thirty photos from the Geek Picnic 2022 festival, but of course this is not all that was there. There were about three dozen startup tents alone, and another two dozen lecture halls, no less than university tents, a music program, a food court, a fair, and much more.
I have already lost count of what my Geek Picnic is, but every time I visit it with pleasure and interest.
Thank you LiveJournal for the invitation!
Peace for everyone!
