General Rules of the Gearbest VIP Program
Now each user is assigned a “Level” and “Rank”, which increase for purchases and completing certain tasks.
For every $1 spent in the cost of the product, = 10 level points (Growth Value) are awarded.
By accumulating points, the user increases the level, moving from 0 to 12 (V0-V12). Levels are grouped into “Tanks”:
- V0 - “New user” (New Users)
- V1-V3 - “Resident” (Citizens)
- V4-V6 - “Nobleman” (Nobles)
- V7-V9 - “Aristocrat” (Aristocrats)
- V10-V12 - “Family Member” (Royalty)
For each new level and title, the buyer is awarded a special coupon valid for the entire range of the Gearbest.com online store: for $88 and $188, respectively.
ATTENTION. The coupon is valid for 7 days after receipt.
Rules for accruing bonus points
All user spending on purchases on GearBest is converted into points at the rate indicated above. However:
1) For purchases on Flash sales, decorative items or goods participating in promotions (for example, special prices in application), fewer points will be awarded for the purchase than in the usual case. products;
2) Points are awarded after the paid item has been sent.
The user's rating decreases every 3 months spent without a purchase, due to the partial burning of previously accrued points.
How to get more bonus points?
Your first purchase on Gearbest will earn you 80 VIP points, and your second purchase will earn you 60 points. For returns, the corresponding charges will be withdrawn.
For filling out personal data, VIP program points are awarded - from 2 to 30. Repeated changes to personal data will not result in accrual.

For upgrading your rank, the store gives you a “Rank Up Gift” with a site-wide coupon of $188! Can be obtained once per level per year.
Level Upgrade Pack
For moving to a new level, the store gives a “Gift for Upgrading” with a site-wide coupon in the amount of $88! You can only receive 1 gift per level each year.
Notes:
- If gifts for advancement in level and rank occur simultaneously, the program participant will receive a gift only for the increase in rank.

How it works:
- For 3 orders as a “resident”, you will receive an exclusive “Resident” gift package;
- If 2 orders are completed during the "Noble" period and the 3rd order is completed during the "Aristocratic" stage, you will receive an exclusive "Aristocratic" Gift Pack;

VIP program participants can exchange unsuitable items within 30 days if the item has not been used or opened.
Return conditions:
- For each returned order, the user loses the accrued VIP program points with a decrease in level/rank.
- Frequent returns give rise to the right to initiate a fraud investigation.
