In my family I am very fond of eggplant. I cook rolls with garlic, fried slices of this vegetable in salads of tomato, - but it's in season, and in winter I harvested eggplants in adzhika. It is very tasty, original, beautiful to look at and irreplaceable appetizer when suddenly descended on the guests. I always wonder how they devours for both cheeks of my vigorous vegetables.

For this savory snacks, I use the following composition:

  • * Sugar - 1 cup;
  • Vinegar 9% - 1/4 cup;
  • * Vegetable Oil - 0.5 cups;
  • * Parsley and dill (optional) - 1 bunch.

The sequence of preparation

First, in my tap water all the vegetables and I put in a large colander to glass excess fluid. Eggplant mine, make an incision along and soak in salted water to the bitterness left. We cut out the stalk pepper with seeds. Eggplant tidy up the side, and the tomatoes, garlic, sweet and hot peppers, minced.
