A friend would like to share with me his recipe. You will not believe what was my surprise when I realized that this recipe lecho not only incredibly delicious, but also very easy to prepare. It happened 12 years ago, and since then I have preservatives lecho pepper only for this recipe.

Recipe for the most delicious and easy lecho for the winter
We will need:
- 50 pcs medium Perchina;
- 3 l of tomato juice or tomato twisted through a meat grinder;
- 400 g of sugar;
- Salt to taste;
- 125 ml of vinegar (I lodge less);
- 0.5 liters of sunflower oil;
- 3 medium carrots;
- 2 Perchina bitter;
- 3 cloves of garlic.
And then it's simple:
- Cut the bell pepper. It can into segments, can be smaller.
- Carrots my, clean, and three on a grater.
- Hot peppers cut into 3-4 parts.
- Cloves of garlic passed through spadefoot.
- All of this pour into the pan with the tomato juice.
- Add the sugar, salt, vinegar and oil.
- We put our lecho on fire and bring to a boil.
- Boil 25 minutes.
- Spread into sterilized jars.
- Rolls sterilized lids.
Overturn jars upside down and wraps until cool.
