A friend would like to share with me his recipe. You will not believe what was my surprise when I realized that this recipe lecho not only incredibly delicious, but also very easy to prepare. It happened 12 years ago, and since then I have preservatives lecho pepper only for this recipe.

Recipe for the most delicious and easy lecho for the winter

We will need:

  • 50 pcs medium Perchina;
  • 3 l of tomato juice or tomato twisted through a meat grinder;
  • 400 g of sugar;
  • Salt to taste;
  • 125 ml of vinegar (I lodge less);
  • 0.5 liters of sunflower oil;
  • 3 medium carrots;
  • 2 Perchina bitter;
  • 3 cloves of garlic.
