In search of the perfect surveillance camera I bought twelve different cameras on Aliexpress for as low as $ 10.97 to $ 39.13. As a result, I found a cheap camera, in which virtually all is well.
Camera called AZISHN, they mounted 2.19-megapixel sensor SONY IMX323, which gives an excellent picture FullHD day and night acceptable. Metal sealed body can use them both indoors and outdoors.
The dome camera is $24.69 powered 12 volt and $ 27.78 powered POE 48V. In addition to the standard lens 3.6mm (angle 90 °) with the purchase can choose lenses 2.8 mm (wide), 6 mm, 8 mm (narrow and Ultracondensed angle).

The main purpose of these cameras - the use of DVRs (supported protocols ONVIF and NetIP, works motion detection), in addition they can be used offline to view images through cloud without XMeye recording.

The insertion of the dome camera settings overstated: the resolution can be set 720P, 1080P and 3M. Frame rate up to 25 to / c in all three resolutions.
SONY IMX323 matrix has a native resolution of 1985x1105 pixels. It is slightly larger than the FullHD (1920x1080), but the processor module to work with a "slightly increased" resolution still does not know how. The 3MP camera mode gives the image with a resolution of 2048x1536 pixels, stretched in height, the actual resolution is not different from the FullHD. Apparently, when setting the number of frames above 20 in 1080p and 3M mode, the camera actually produces 20 to / c, so I set the "honest" FullHD resolution and 20 fps. It is the ultimate resolution and frame rate allows you to install the firmware rectangular chamber.
Cameras are equipped with retractable infrared filter (IR-CUT) and infrared illumination. The dome 48 illumination LEDs in oblong 4 powerful LEDs. Illumination dome is 3.5 W, illumination rectangular chamber - 4.2 watts. In the day mode with the camera 12 volt power consume about 110 mA in the night mode with backlight - 400 and 460 mA (ammo1.livejournal.com/1046347.html).
Supplied from the cameras the same: the instruction sealed cap for RJ-45 connectors, the three anchors and three self-tapping screws. That's just the dome mount four holes. :)
Dome Camera. Experience has shown that it is much more convenient to the traditional oblong chambers (and adjust more easily and to bring down such a chamber is more difficult, and icicle on it will not grow in the winter).

Video from the cameras can be viewed via the mobile cloud XMeye application (smartphone is located though on the other side of the world, the real IP-address of the network to which the camera is connected not required). To connect the camera to the application needs to run in it search when the smartphone is connected to the same network as the camera.
WEB-interface camera only works in Internet Explorer (requires an ActiveX extension installation), it is the same as most Chinese cameras and video recorders.

The cameras work great with both Chinese registrars, in particular with Enster N9000-8EXAnd with brand (I have a house worth Dahua DHI-XVR7108H). Motion recording all works.

Azishn IP-camera on SONY IMX323 sensor give excellent image, and they are two to three times cheaper cameras with similar characteristics sold in Russia. Cameras have been working for almost a month, and any problems with them and freezes have been identified.
