For 14 years dryer with movable "sticks" in the bathroom badly worn, one came off the stick, two bent, rope izmahrilis, broken rollers. I've wanted to buy and change ropes and rollers, and then looked up how much is the new dryer of the same type. 358 rubles!
I bought new and replaced.
Such was the old dryer (when doing repairs to the bathroom never got around and there remained ugly municipal repair).
Fixing (the horror!).
The new dryer. I do not understand how a pretty thing overall with four metal pipes, plastic coated, plastic ceiling bars with rollers, a plastic retainer, ropes and packing instructions can cost 358 rubles. Feels like there's only 500 rubles for materials.
The new improved dryer ceiling rod with rollers (now the rope does not come off the rollers and the rollers, I hope, will not break in half, as in the old dryer).
Now lock the plastic and metal looks much more decent.
For threading the ropes through the rollers, and most importantly through the tips, I made just such a snap.
All this I have told only one purpose. Before anything repaired, look, how much it costs the same new - perhaps easier and cheaper not to repair and replace. This applies not only to the simple things, like that of the dryer, but also sophisticated technology. These are the realities of the modern world.
