Many clever devices attached to your home WIFI-network, but it is sometimes necessary to temporarily move them out of the house to another location (for example, to take a visit to show your friends). I found the easiest way to do this without any perenastroek.
I recently wrote reviews and bedside table lamps smart Xiaomi (first review will be released in the blog next Monday) and I needed to test these tubes in a laboratory. But what about the reference to the home WIFI network?
It's very simple: in WIFI distribution settings on your phone call network in the same way, the name of the home and assign the same password. Away from home include WIFI distribution and smart devices instantly connect to this network, without noticing the change. I feared that the smartphone, there was a WIFI area, will not be able to manage smart devices, but it turned out that everything works fine.
This same trick is useful when a trip taken several devices (smartphones, laptops). For example, when I go to the country, the laptop perfectly connected to WIFI area, handing out a smartphone, without any additional configuration, "thinking" that he was at home.
Note that with laptops and smartphones, this trick does not always work (probably still be some differences between WIFI-networks with the same naming and password), but in most cases it works excellent.
