I am very sensitive to the location of my car parking. Do not put it so that it could interfere with someone, I never park in the wrong places.
And now I come to a fine for parking on the sidewalk. However, he came, apparently, not only me. In this picture at least 13 fines for 3000 rubles.
Unfortunately in my yard it is all very bad parking. After 16:00, the chances to park the car is very small, and after 19:00 they are zero. I and other residents of our house, in the yard when there is no room, always left the car in front of a nearby store. There's plenty of space side of the building and in front of him.
On the satellite image can be clearly seen that parking lot. Arrow I noted the place where my car was.
All this space rises above the street, so probably considered the sidewalk. Pedestrians then really go, so put all machines so that they do not interfere with them to pass.
On fixing my "crime" photos even seen a pedestrian with two bags, quietly passed in front of my car.
Before the "ranks" machines, too many places where pedestrians walk freely.
Cars are parked there for many, many years, and hardly anyone is ever occur to you that this is the sidewalk.
Well, I'll pay the fine (though certainly try to contest), but the question arises, where to park in that space as possible, and where not. I had the assumption that it is impossible to park where you can take a picture of the curb and the car standing over him, but perhaps it is not so.
What do you think, what cars are parked on the sidewalk and they will have to fine, and which are not?
All this is laid out on one level and it has free entry. Street separated from it by the curb, walking along the goal line "1".
Machines in the area "1" (and there on the satellite image 27 pieces), as it turned out, standing on the sidewalk and was prepared in a fine of 3000 rubles (81,000 rubles for one patch a good catch). Machines in the area "2" is probably parked correctly. With an area of "3" is more complicated. And in the area "4" extreme machine is standing a meter away from the beginning of the pedestrian crossing, and it definitely breaks. And the second? And the third?
