Saransk Lamp Factory produces LED lamp, one of the most modern technologies - filament (LED strands).

Me were five lamps from different parties with a capacity of 6 and 8 watts. They need to replace incandescent lamps 60 and 75 Watts.

For the manufacture of LED lamps use the same equipment, which makes an ordinary light bulb. Even stamp for lamp glass of the same.

The bulb LED lamp is hermetically sealed inside the pumped helium to improve heat removal from the filaments. The fibers themselves are purchased in China, the driver board is there to order, but the plant is planning to build and own production of drivers.

On the driver board, housed in the lamp cap, set current regulator IC, transformer, capacitor, small parts strapping. I photographed the card driver through the lamp glass.

And in this frame of the video about the production of lamps Lisma board visible from the back side.

Each LED thread set 26 blue LEDs coated with phosphor general. Due to the fact that the LEDs do not operate at maximum capacity, they are not very hot and give very high efficiency up to 96 lm / W.

Unlike many other LED lamps on the filaments, each filament Lisma lamps have a metal strip, which increases the strength and improves heat dissipation. According to Thomson specialists to whom I showed these bulbs, it's great.

At 6-watt lamp, got me to the test, a glass desk was fixed slightly crooked and the whole luminous part skewed in the body, but on the lamp operation is not affected.

Packaging apparently ordered in advance, so there is an error. The cases for 6- and 8-watt lamps specified luminous flux of 710 lm and 850, and in the instructions and the manufacturer's website - 630 and 780 lm.

One 8-watt bulb I bought for 250 rubles at the show at booth Interlayt Lisma. I gave four lamps online store that sells these bulbs in Moscow. Most likely two pairs of lamps were from the same batch, and my 8-watt bulb from another. I tested all five lamps.
The measurements were made with instruments
viso LightSpion and Lupine.

It is seen that the lamps from different parties used different threads and different drivers. The driver provides the light pulsation less than 4%. This is an excellent result.

Lamps operate properly with switches having an indicator (not flash or light up when the switch is turned off).

The color temperature of lamps close to the declared and is almost the same as that of incandescent lamps.

The lamp a sufficiently high color rendering index CRI 82.4-82.7. This makes it possible to recommend them for residential use. Table of color codes for one of the vosmivattnyh lamps looks like this:

Luminous flux lamp slightly below the stated amount. At 6-watt bulb, he by 3-7% lower than claimed, 8-watt for 7-13%. 6-watt lamp shines as a 60-watt incandescent bulb, and the 8-watt slightly below the brightness of 75 watt and 70 probably corresponds watt. Note that all tested me 8-watt LED bulb on the threads of all manufacturers were given light output, at best, as a 70-watt incandescent bulb. And Lisma is no exception.

According to identity all very good. 6-watt lamps differ in total luminous flux at 4%, 8 watt from different batches of 7%.

Visually, the light of these lamps is virtually indistinguishable from incandescent bulbs.

The photos were taken in manual exposure mode (3500K, ISO125, F1.8, 1/30).
6-watt Lisma brightness corresponds transparent incandescent lamp of 60 watts.

8-watt Lisma I compared with a matte light bulb of 75 watts.

In contrast to conventional LED bulbs, the filament is not blind and look exactly the same as a conventional filament lamp.

When the lamps are heated sufficiently slightly. Glass 6-watt lamp is heated to 41 degrees, 8-watt lamp glass has a temperature of about 47 degrees, the hottest point of - 55 degrees.

The manufacturer promises to 30000 hours of lamp and gives a 2 year warranty.

I decided to put a long-term experiment and included 8-watt bulb in a sealed bowl is to create her most difficult conditions.

For a month the lamp will last 720 hours. I'll try to leave it enabled for 2-3 months and see how it behaves in such conditions over 1500-2000 hours.

At present, the Russian Lisma bulbs are the best bulbs to LED strands of all that I have tested and one of the best LED lamps in terms of price / performance.

All parameters of the tested lamps Viso and reports, including the spectrum of the lamp, as well as all the rest of my tests look at the LED lamps http://lamptest.ru.
