So, prepare to start all the necessary ingredients, namely:

Onion - 1 units.
Sugar - 1/2 hours. l.,
Salt - 1/2 hours. l.,
Black pepper - 1/3 hours. l.,
Dill - a pair of branches,
Vinegar 9% - 1 st. l., but if desired it can be replaced with lemon juice.


1. Small onion clean and cut into thin half-rings. Then store them in a sieve, quickly
parboiled and washed immediately in cold water.

2. Now my grind and dill.

3. Then take a set of castors or small bowl, put it in the chopped onion, sypem salt, sugar, pepper, dill and pour the vinegar or lemon juice.

4. All mix thoroughly, wait 5 minutes and serve.
