Designers Louis and Olga Marina Novikova from studio UD BÀSE in just four months, we have prepared an apartment in the residential complex "Water" to rent out.
The owners of the apartment decided to pass kopeck piece with separate bedrooms easier than studio. Therefore, a space with a free plan from the builder was divided in two.

Designers could only guess who will live in the apartment, but were guided by a young and modern couple. Therefore, in the interior there were bold and bright furniture.
Since it was important not to go over budget, almost all the furniture picked up in the mass market.
An interesting solution was the geometric pattern on the wall opposite the sofa. Designers have designed it in order to break the perception of space.
Elongated room must have seemed more appropriate. Therefore, specially designed layout printed on the Mural and formalized their accent wall. The rest of the rooms are quieter - the texture and color of the wallpaper resemble natural linen.
did not separate the kitchen walls. It took just under 6.3 m², this room would be crowded. In general living room and the cooking area is allocated using the recesses for the internal headset, as well as color and projecting the ceiling.
Set picked maximum capacity, one of the parts is completely taken under high cabinets. Breakfast and dinner will be tenants at the bar. When guests come, it will be possible to get a folding table and chairs, which are stored in the wardrobe.
Entrance to the bedroom masked - chose a smooth door without architraves and painted in the color of the walls. Even geometric pattern was continuous. Behind the door, a small Walk-in Closet, which was isolated in 14-meter bedroom. It is enough to store all the things tenants, so clutter the apartment did not have large closets.
The bedroom is much quieter than the living room. Resting place finished with washable non-woven wallpaper turquoise.
The bathroom has a geometric tile grout picked up a yellow in the color of the walls. To avoid cutting tiles, designers have come up with an unusual layout. Despite the small area, enough space for a full bathroom, toilet, sink, heated towel rails and even a laundry basket.
