It should be said right away that it is technically impossible to cut plastic pipes, solder them or connect fittings to them, unless you first turn off the water.

The place in which the work will be carried out must be dried at least for a short time and get rid of leaks. The main condition is the absence of pressure. However, it happens that the water does not stop flowing even when the valve is closed. In such a situation, it is possible to secure the coupling tightly.

The following tools are required: a hex bolt with a long rod, valves, three medical syringes (you need rubber pistons from them), nuts, washers, keys, screwdrivers, a grinder, a soldering iron. You will also need a drill with an end phase, a cylindrical nozzle with six edges and a bit. It doesn't hurt to take a dry rag.

Initially, a special device should be made that will completely shut off the water in the pipe. Take a grinder and use it to fit the head of the bolt under the hexagonal cylindrical nozzle.

Then we take the rubber pistons from the syringes, drill a hole in the center of each (a drill will help with this). Then we assemble the structure: on the bolt, for which we reduced the diameter of the head, we screw two nuts. Then we screw on the washer and install three pistons. We tighten the resulting device with an end nut.

Then we take a screwdriver and push our device into the tube with it. We tighten to the very end. After a short time, the water will stop flowing out of the pipe. We wipe the place with which we will work with a dry cloth.

Now you can directly engage in soldering. We need a soldering machine. We heat the sleeve and the end of the pipe with it. Next, we connect all the parts to be welded.

You need to wait for the joint to harden well. At the end, we take out a homemade plug from a plastic pipe. It is done!
