Why so little? But what - a curiosity for those times! It is now in any store shelves are bursting with cans with such products.
We rarely buy such things in supermarkets. We love our own, homemade. And we also grow everything ourselves. It is safer and more economical this way. Eggplants are more difficult to handle; they grow better in warmer regions. It's easier with zucchini. A vegetable grows in every garden. I'm not afraid of a word, on everyone. For its cultivation, beginners also take up.
But! There are nuances anyway. In a rainy, cold summer, you can stay without them. Do not put away or freeze for storage. No "mother-in-law" to eat, no caviar. Don't worry in advance. This problem is fixable. You need to choose a good variety of seeds. They will not leave us without a crop. Let's take a look at four of the best in my humble opinion.
1.Black handsome
It grows always and everywhere: whatever the summer is. The fruits will begin to eat within 50 days after planting. From one bush -10 kg!
Kabaki with a dark green skin, with delicate tasty pulp. The plant is resistant to powdery mildew, does not need pinching. The bush forms itself.
2. Delrani F1
Dutch early ripe hybrid (35 days of growing season). Grows in OG and MG. Delicate to taste vegetables of light green color, 16-18 cm long. Each one grows more than a kilogram.
You can also plant in hot regions. It also tolerates cold well, which means you can grow up to the Urals.
The variety is resistant to powdery mildew. So productive that it is grown commercially - reaping huge yields.
3. Zebra
Super-striped zucchini like zebra. That is why they are named so. It is appreciated for its early ripening (35-40 days, wow!), Takes up little space in the garden, does not require a lot of light.
There are few barren flowers on the bushes. True, cold weather can contribute to this. But 30 pieces of minke whales from one bush per season will please!
Fruits are sweetish, with yellowish pulp and delicate skin. Nevertheless, they are well stored and transported. It is fried, stewed, frozen, made pancakes. Anything!
4. Belogor F1
Zucchini was bred by Russian breeders. It has elongated oval fruits of greenish-white color. Weight - up to 1 kg. The rind is firm but tender. The pulp is juicy.
The variety is not afraid of temperature extremes. Resists characteristic diseases well. From 1 kg / m2, up to 14 kg of fruits are obtained. If you plant a few bushes, there will be enough for caviar, and so to eat, and put away for storage, and feed the neighbors! :)))
