My next Saturday trip for groceries for a week was brightened up by a request from my wife to buy medical shoe covers for her at the pharmacy. Since he was in a hurry to the store early, so that there would be fewer people, he did not ask her about what she had come up with again.

I decided that I would come, then I would pester her with stupid questions, he would still tell her everything, get out of it, and make sure that everything that she came up with is absolutely correct! Well, this is my wife, and nothing can be done about it.

I bought groceries, went to the pharmacy, bought a dozen medical shoe covers, and like a donkey with six Ashanov's bags came home. I barely dragged the whole thing from the car to the apartment, it's good that at least the elevator worked, otherwise it often breaks down in our entrance. And it will be simply unrealistic to drag these bags on foot to the 10th floor.

But that's all, I'm home. I quickly unloaded everything, thanks to my wife, I helped. And then my curiosity played out, and when I gave her shoe covers, I asked why they were to her.

Oddly enough, she did not break down and almost immediately told how she plans to use them in the kitchen.

On the pan

Of course, I was surprised by the fact that I was going to use it in the kitchen, I thought to myself that you actually need to put them on your feet, or, in extreme cases, on your head, if it's raining outside and forgot your umbrella at home.

She read my thoughts, and answered my question, which I did not utter in words, but only mentally thought. That's how well we know each other, we don't have to talk at all. But about what she was going to do with shoe covers in the kitchen, I could not guess!

And she told me that the shoe covers are essentially sterile, surgeons put them on when they enter the operating room, so they can be used in the kitchen.

First of all, she told me that we bought the wrong refrigerator, or a saucepan, she could not decide. And the fact is that when the pan is covered with a lid, it cannot be placed on the refrigerator shelf, the handle from the lid interferes. And now with shoe covers this problem will be completely solved. He pulled the shoe cover over the pan, it tightly fitted it, and put it calmly in the refrigerator, it fits in, and nothing bothers it, no handle from the lid!

Per container

Further, she decided to use shoe covers instead of containers. Quite often it turns out that sausages, ham, carbonate for sandwiches were cut for breakfast, but not everything was eaten. She used to put the leftovers into containers, but then she decided that they took up too much space in the refrigerator, and began to fold them into shoe covers and wrap them neatly. By the way, it turns out quite hermetically, it doesn't smell in the refrigerator, and the pieces of meat don't get aired at all!

She also said that you can cover the banks with shoe covers. I opened the jar with an opener, threw out the metal lid, you still can't fit it in place, but instead of a plastic lid, you can use a shoe cover!

For a pack of pasta

I opened a pack of pasta, cooked half a pack, half a pack remained, you can also cover the open side with a shoe cover, very convenient.

In shoe covers, you can also remove bread, both cut into pieces and remaining after lunch or dinner, or whole, so that it remains fresh longer.

Well, when you cook jam, at first, as a rule, you insist on a berry with sugar, and the ubiquitous flies, and for sweets... I covered the container with berries and sugar with a shoe cover, and no flies are afraid.

Of course, as the wife says, shoe covers can be replaced with cling film in all cases of use, but she does not like to suffer with it, it does not work for her to seal everything tightly with cling film.

Here she is such an inventor!
