Rather, after his work - the master issues a general invoice along with any additional services, whether he did them or not, you cannot evaluate. To appreciate - you need to stand over your head or be well versed in the field of construction or repair work ...

"Then, they say, let's estimate how much this work costs" - this delay in the cost answer gives the master the green light for additional earnings, he is directly interested in this ...

Each customer can roughly estimate how much money this or that work costs, because he objectively understands that the visit of a specialist costs ~ 1000 rubles. and about 2000 - 3000 rubles. eight-hour working day (the amount depends on the region). But, alas, disappointment often comes after the specialist works for 2 hours and announces the amount of 5,000 rubles. Job is done? Done! Pay!

What a fright!? Where does this amount come from?

Therefore, if the question "How much will this work cost?" the master avoids a direct answer on the cost or says - 3,000 rubles, and the rest in fact is not a professional. Evaluation of work should be done immediately with all reservations.

For example: I will make a turnkey grounding - 8,000 rubles. But, you may need this, that and that, which will amount to another 2,000 rubles. The maximum amount for work is a gold piece. Whether you agree or not, you decide for yourself and front how the master starts. And not after work, when you did not have enough money :-(

The reasons why the master is delaying the price:

1. It's trite, but he wants to go deeper into his pocket. In the process of work, he will create the appearance of a stormy activity in his hard work, each time emphasizing the complexity of the work and drawing your attention to the allegedly "complex" little things;

2. There is no proper experience in the field of work being carried out, since there is little experience. And this is a clear indicator of unprofessionalism;

3. The master insures himself. If it spoils any of your material, then quickly at the end of the work will add its price to the total cost.

If the master seemed to you a conscientious person and you still intend to hire him to perform any work, then you should agree on the price in advance.

An exception can only be additional components and building materials, which were not initially laid due to hidden defects.

And, most importantly, do not hesitate to say at the beginning: "I have a limit on the cost of work, I won't give it any more"
