"Granddaughter, greens from my garden"

Good afternoon, dear guests and subscribers of the "Build for myself" channel!

For a little more than three years now, we have moved to the suburbs, a few kilometers from the metropolis. During this time, we got acquainted with all the neighbors on our street and already more or less know who is doing what and what is doing what.

Half of the neighbors live off their plots, someone grows flowers in greenhouses, someone breeds quails and sells quail eggs, and someone grows their own herbs and vegetables.

But, there is one grandmother, she lives almost opposite us, who grabbed half a hundred square meters of the local area and harvests 10-12 times per season, no - not for herself, but for resale!

Why am I surprised? Yes, because in our yard the parsley only started to sprout in the third circle, and the grandmother is already harvesting... for the tenth time.

At the end of every second week he sits and knits bunches of fresh herbs, on Sunday he goes to the market and sells. Every month there are two or three harvests!!! This is definitely unnatural growth! This is how parsley, lettuce, celery and much more are grown!

After harvesting the next crop, grandfather digs up the beds, waters them with a muddy consistency - a growth stimulator, and plants seeds. Watering is done twice a day: early in the morning when I leave for work, and every evening when I come home from work. The rate of emergence of the first shoots is 3 days.

After collection, i.e. crop cut, abundant feeding with ammonium nitrate is carried out and superphosphate is introduced. Further, every 4-5 days - again ammonium nitrate. A month later, the crops are planted in a different order, observing the rule of crop rotation (alternating sowing), where they grew parsley - lettuce is planted, in place of lettuce - basil, i.e. ensure the alternation of cultures belonging to different families.

The main indicator of fresh greenery is a bright green color and juicy, not sluggish stems and leaves. Here you are - a biostimulant to improve the quality of green mass, and what it consists of - only chemical laboratories know.
Watering with this substance is done once a week.

It turns out that when asking the market whether homemade greens or not, they will say with confidence: "Yes, granddaughters, I grow and sell myself", but how I grow is a huge question!

If before, granny's food was regarded as an eco-product, now it is not a guarantee at all. Objectively looking at the situation, anyone will say that the use of chemicals in food is a time-delayed disaster that depletes the soil - and all agriculture is at stake!

Of course, not all grannies work this way, but trust is lost in everyone, because now, walking around the market, I don’t know from whom I can buy and who cannot. There is only one way out - grow for yourself!

I wish you all good luck and health!
