And, as usual, in order to select a building material, we study "inside and out" the construction market and that's it. current offers: what you like is very expensive, and what is cheap looks lousy, besides - short-lived. And they start throwing from side to side: recalculating the budget, searching for a suitable cheaper product in other regions and etc. Because you want to have a beautiful home, as it is, first of all, comfort and pleasant atmosphere on the territory plot!!!
Once, having gone on a business trip, on the way to Krasnodar, I saw a beautiful masonry, or rather, how the craftsmen lay a brick that is not like the others. It looked like an ordinary building backing brick, and the front part is decorated in different shades.
I went to the construction site and asked one of them where such a brick was purchased. I was told "to dump" that the brick is made expensive and made to order. I did not argue further and left on business, but the thought settled in my head that this could be a good way out of the situation, which is called "cheap and cheerful".
The next day, returning home, I again drove to this construction site to try my luck. But he already drove up to another master and started pestering me with questions.
And what do you think? I managed to negotiate and "buy back" the technology, yes, from the masters I bought a technology for making bricks "on my knees"!
This is an ordinary inexpensive plastic molding brick of the M100 F50 brand, the price of which now varies from 8.5 to 10 rubles. without delivery. And this is not manual molding, but a conveyor product obtained by firing clay in kilns, like all bricks on our market.
The only difference is that the face (spoons) of the brick is manually impregnated with a special colored prof. composition by 5 mm. deep. The market offers many such impregnations:
