I heard a lot about this miracle of engineering, thought for a long time and decided to give my daughter an unusual pencil in front of school. As it is fashionable to call it now - "Eternal pencil"that does not need sharpening.
In reality, this writing instrument is more like a pen, but writes like a regular simple graphite pencil.
The writing instrument is unusual in that it does not have a lead at all, and the kit contains only two metal conical tips, which are screwed into the body of the product. According to the manufacturer, the nozzle will never be written off unless you specifically wipe it off the surface.
The tip is a special metal alloy (recipe not disclosed), which when leaves a thin, clear dark gray mark on contact with paper; we can say that the "infinite" pencil writes in metal.
The nib is quite hard, so some effort is needed, but no more than writing with a regular pencil.
The advantage is that it cannot be broken, does not need to be sharpened and, unlike a pen, writes upside down :-)))
I tried to erase the tip, but it is impossible or very time consuming.
In circular motions for about 2 minutes I tried to rub the tip with effort, but it did not deform a bit.
He writes on both paper and wood, but the trace is not so clearly visible on the wood. The drawing is erased with a regular eraser.
I bought a tool in a well-known Chinese online store for 600 rubles.
Due to the low cost, there are small drawbacks - the thread of the tips does not fit snugly, there are several flaws in the case, somewhere you can see the technological seams of the soldering of two parts of the case. But, I made sure that it works, let's say - on a solid "4".
