The "thug" place on the banks of the Don River is very popular and the new plots for sale for individual construction are scattering with a bang!
The place is quiet, located outside the city limits, it’s a long way to get to the metropolis, buses do not run, so all construction crews come by taxi or in their own cars.
Beginning of work
The owner of a small two-storey house under construction (160 sq. M.) - hired a team of craftsmen-finishers to carry out the next stage - plaster walls with an area of approximately 300 sq. M.
Throughout the entire work - endlessly, various frictions arose between them over payment of workers, conflict situations, disputes and disagreements, even threats from builders with laying eggs!
The customer was no longer going to stop working with this team, as he began to fear that if he kicked out, such guys could definitely leave eggs! Obviously, no one wants to look for rotten stuff all over the house.
In general, he realized that he would not be able to save money, and since the builders were not made with a finger, he stopped making a big fight with them. The last few days before the delivery of the work, I changed my attitude towards them, followed the lead and appeased in various ways.
Feast
On the last day, on the day of the end of the plastering work - before payment, the owner pulled joy on his face and covered the clearing for the whole team. Shish kebab, pickles, lots of yummy and in addition a couple of bubbles to mark the quality end of the next stage of wall decoration.
The customer hinted that he would not pay in full - until everyone sits down at the table and sips with him a glass for the past New Year, for his health and for the future home, pulled out a coin from his pocket, twisted it in front of them, turned it around and hid back.
After the dinner meal, the customer paid the people down to the penny. The builders confessed that they were also somewhere wrong and too hot-tempered, with him they got really immured only eggs, and the seafood, as the owner approximately assumed, closed the holes for some time, collected things, tools and left.
But it was not there...
Apparently the uncle is too greedy, and maybe vindictive that some kind of sediment remained after a series of conflicts - he agreed with the traffic police that on his call, you can take readiness. And for the fact that he points to the car, the employees will partly share.
And so it happened: there is only one road leading to the farm, and accordingly, a few minutes after exit from the yard - the driver who had drunk a couple of glasses and the whole team (with cash) were stopped by employees DPS. The builders earned about a hundred and right there on the outskirts of the farm, where the police never stood, gave 30,000 wooden ones: how many got to whom - history is silent, but the owner returned some part back.
