I know of as many as three information systems showing the availability of goods in pharmacies and their prices.
The first service is called poisklekarstv.ru. He searches 23 thousand pharmacies throughout Russia.
Here is a list of the cities where he works.
Second service aptekamos.ru.
Although his address contains "mos", he searches not only in Moscow.
The service has mobile apps for Android and iOS.
Third service - medlux.ru also has its own mobile applications, but works only in Moscow (1344 pharmacies) and in the Moscow region (163 pharmacies).

Note that the bases of these three services do not completely overlap, so it is better to use all of them to search for rare drugs.
