On February 5, a new project is launched on the Xiaomi crowdfunding platform: the Mijia Hand-in-one Electric Screwdriver for $ 18.
Once crowdfunded, the screwdriver will start selling for $ 21. So far, it is only known that the weight of the tool is 185 g, the battery is 1500 mAh, which should be enough to screw 180 screws. The rotation speed, alas, is unknown. Judging by the video that appears, the speed may vary.

When the motor is turned off, the bit is fixed and the screwdriver can be used like a normal manual screwdriver.
There are several Xiaomi screwdrivers on sale now and they have a common drawback - the rotation speed is too low. Xiaomi Mijia Wowstick for $ 16 rotates at a snail speed of 150 rpm. Xiaomi Mijia Wiha zu Hause for $ 37 rotates at 200 rpm, this is also very slow.
In my opinion, for comfortable operation, the screwdriver must have a rotation speed of at least 300 rpm. Hopefully, the speed of the new screwdriver is exactly that.
