A simple way to chop the garlic without smearing the grater

Do you like garlic? For example, I never miss an opportunity to add it to food - this additive immediately makes food tastier and more aromatic. There are, of course, cases when, according to the recipe, garlic must be added to the dish as a whole, but, nevertheless, in most cases, it must be carefully chopped.

For those with garlic press, this process will not bring absolutely any inconvenience - I loaded the garlic teeth into it and after a couple of seconds I got the garlic puree. It's another matter if the purchase of a garlic press, as it always happens with me, flies out of my head, and I remember it even when it (the garlic press) is extremely necessary.

At such moments, you have to resort to the help of a good old assistant - a grater, which, after this process, it is not so easy to wash - the garlic is firmly clogged between its teeth and is in no hurry to leave what you like place. In general, I found a way, as my husband says, "for the lazy", which allows you to grate the garlic and not get the grater dirty. Well, is it already interesting? Let's go then!

The whole secret is that we will hide the grater in a bag, so its surface will remain clean and, it seems, even untouched. The only thing is to put it on carefully so as not to tear the thin cellophane.

As soon as the grater is packed, we find round small teeth on it and begin to rub the peeled garlic cloves on this side. We do this carefully, because from my own experience I know that fingers, if something happens, then heal for a long time.

So, the rubbing process itself is absolutely no different from the usual, with only one difference - the grater after it remains in its original form.

This is the garlic puree we end up with - it is very convenient to use, since the bag with the grater can be removed already with the garlic. After that, I simply rinse the grater with water, without even touching it with a sponge - there is simply no need for this - it is as clean as a tear.
