Colchicum, white flower, decorative onion, crocuses

Colchicum can grow on the site for up to 5 years, the plants are frost-resistant. They are dug out during transplantation, separation of the formed bulbs. This is done in July, until the second half of August it is required to plant the bulbs in the soil. The culture is undemanding to care, can withstand a long time without watering, blooms even in the absence of fertilizers. Before the onset of winter, it is recommended to cover the plants with peat or fallen leaves.

White flowers are similar to tall lilies of the valley. The flowering period occurs in the second half of May, during the winter the bulbs remain in the soil. The bulbous culture is growing rapidly. Lilies, when grown in central Russia, withstand wintering and can grow in one area for up to 4-5 years. Then the bulbs are dug out, because plants will lose their decorative effect. They will need to be cleaned of scales, cut the roots to a length of 10 cm, then the planting material is used in the design of other flower beds.

Works are carried out in August. It is necessary to add river sand, peat, compost composition to the ground in a 1: 1: 1 ratio. For 1 bucket of potting soil, add ammophoska (3 tbsp. l.) and wood ash (1 l).

Muscari can grow in one area for up to 10 years, during this period it is required to plant plantings several times. The culture is unpretentious in care, it does not require frequent watering, feeding. Stagnation of water in the soil is not allowed.

Daffodils are grown without transplant for 4-5 years. Then you need to plant overgrown bushes. After flowering is complete, the bulbs are dug up and replanted in early autumn.

The woods are resistant to cold weather. The culture grows in one place for 3-4 years, then transplanted. Planting is carried out in a nutrient soil with neutral acidity. Plants are undemanding to care, can grow in partial shade, however, when water stagnates in the soil, they are damaged.

Tulips can grow without replanting for 3 years. Then the bulbs are dug up, disinfected, dried and stored in a cool place until autumn. Then the bulbs are planted in the soil to the required depth.
