Blue-legged, cyanosis is the name of one mushroom - ryadovka, which has a purple tint. There is a large hemispherical, convex hat with a diameter of up to 20 cm. The edges point down. Bluish tint in immature caps. As they grow, they acquire a creamy color.

The flesh of the cyanosis is fleshy and dense. It softens over time and, together with the cap, takes on a creamy shade.

The leg stretches up to 10 cm in length and 3 cm in width. Dense, cylindrical. At the very top, under the cap, there is a plaque in the form of flakes on the leg. Below is a purple mycelium.

It is conditionally edible with a specific smell and taste. After heat treatment, it disappears.

A small mushroom with a thin stem made of fibers and a lilac cap. The shape of the cap changes as it grows. In an immature it is closer to a spherical shape, in an adult it is flat. Over time, their bright shade fades.

Types of mushrooms that turn purple when cooked

The grill mushroom, or goat, belongs to the genus Butter, it turns blue when cooked.

When fresh, its cap is dirty yellow with a diameter of up to 12 cm. In the young, it looks like a pillow. Time flattens it. Smooth, with a sticky surface that becomes slimy when damp.

The leg grows up to 10 cm with a thickness of 2 cm, cylindrical and light in color.

The pulp is elastic, slightly rubbery. No taste or smell.
