It does not take long to cook, only 4-6 minutes, but the next day the appetizer can be served on the table, because vegetables quickly absorb seasonings. Without sterilization

Sterilization is not always necessary, sometimes you can do without it. Banks must be thoroughly washed with soda and wiped dry. Then you can start packing.

Composition:

We need: kg or more small cucumbers, carrots - 200 g, 2 tbsp. l. vinegar and sugar, a spoonful of salt, 6 cloves of garlic, half a spoonful of red pepper and coriander, as well as 50 ml of r. oils.

How is it prepared?

To begin with, we take cucumbers and cut them into thin oblong strips, not forgetting to cut off the ends beforehand. Then we take the carrots, peel and chop them so that we get thin lines. We put all this in a jar and mix.

Talking about supplements. We clean and grind the garlic and pepper, and then throw them into the jar. Add spices to the oil and pour evenly over the jar, after which, again, mix everything.

At the last stage, pour a little vinegar and roll up the jars.

No carrots

Carrots are optional, you can add something else like eggplant instead. The taste will not deteriorate from this, but for someone it will be even tastier.

Ingredients:

You will need kg or more cucumbers, two tbsp. l. Korean spices and p. oil, you also need 2 pcs. small eggplants, 3-4 cloves of garlic, a little dill and parsley for taste and Art. l. soy seasoning and sugar.

How is it prepared?

The eggplant is peeled and cut into thin slices along the fruit. Then they fry a little without oil, while the vegetable must retain its shape: it does not become too soft. The resulting cut in thin lines 3-4 cm in length.

The cucumbers are cut into strips and added to the bowl. It also includes garlic, sauce, chopped herbs and Korean dressing, and vegetable oil heat it up a little in the microwave, dissolve sugar in it and add it to the container, where everything is mixed.

At the end, the mixture is sterilized for 5-10 minutes and rolled up with a lid.

"Fast for the winter"

A quick recipe for Korean carrots or dry peppers with garlic.

Ingredients:

It will take kg of gherkins, fresh, young, in addition, 1 tbsp. l. R. butter, soy spice and Korean seasoning, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tbsp. l. vinegar and 1 liter. Sahara.

How is it done?

We cut the gherkins into thin strips, after washing and cutting off the ends.

In a separate bowl, mix the butter and sugar, also adding seasoning, vinegar and soy sauce there, then put the garlic and pour it into a common container.

Do not forget about sterilization, before which it is required to let the mixture stand for a couple of hours, after which we put it in the oven at 80 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

"Real jam"

Carrots and bell peppers are what brightens up this unusual recipe, giving it an exquisite taste and aroma.

Composition:

We take a couple (2-2.5) kg of gherkins, the same number of small carrots and bell peppers, 100 ml r. butter, chili, 2 tbsp. l. sugar, salt and coriander, also 7 or 8 cloves of garlic, 50 ml of vinegar and 4 tbsp. l. soy sauce.

How is it done?

First of all, we cut the gherkins, carrots and peppers into thin lines.

Then we make the mixture. Heat oil in a frying pan and add soy seasoning, vinegar and spices to it. Diced garlic and chili peppers also go there, mix thoroughly and pour into a bowl of vegetables.

We sterilize the whole mass for 10-12 minutes with boiling water and let it brew for 3-4 days in the refrigerator or other place where the temperature is low.

With mustard

As everyone has already understood, mustard will be an unusual component of the snack, which gives aroma and pungency to the future preparation.

Composition:

It will take one and a half kg of cucumbers, according to Art. l. white mustard, salt and sugar, in addition, you also need 2 tbsp. l. soy sauce, p. oil and vinegar, 5-6 cloves of garlic, chili and half a tsp. l. coriander.

How is it prepared?

Cut the gherkins into slices, while heating the oil, to which we add sugar and soy sauce. After 2 minutes, add chopped garlic and pour vinegar over everything. Then fill the mixture with mustard and coriander.

Then cut the chili into cubes and add it along with the dressing to the vegetables and mix well.

At the end, sterilize it in the oven for no more than 10 minutes, and you're done!

Overgrown Cucumbers in Korean Seasoning

Such cucumbers are not used for pickling, but they make a great snack. The size of the cucumbers is not important, because they are thinly sliced, and the Korean seasoning gives an amazing taste and aroma.

Ingredients:

Requires 2 kg of cucumbers, two tbsp. l. Korean spice, vinegar, etc. oils, art. a spoonful of sugar and tea salt, a little dill and basil, as well as 3-5 cloves of garlic.

How is it prepared?

First, we cut the cucumbers, and not into strips, but into rings, which is already unusual. Next, the garlic is cut and the greens are chopped, which we also add to the total mass. The oil is boiled over low heat with vinegar and herbs.

After that, we stand everything for about 2 hours. and sterilize. And serve on the table, pouring with brine.

On a grater

The last recipe differs from the previous ones in that it uses a grater, which greatly facilitates the preparation of the snack.

Composition:

For cooking, you need 2 small carrots, Bulgarian and hot peppers, also 6-8 cucumbers, 4-5 cloves of garlic, st. a spoonful of vinegar, soy sauce and salt, tsp. l. sugar and 3-4 tbsp. l. R. oils.

How is it prepared?

At the very beginning, take a grater and grind cucumbers and carrots on it. However, it is better to chop bell peppers into thin strips, that is, straws.

As in the previous recipes, the oil is heated over medium heat with the addition of garlic, seasoning, and soy sauce. Toward the end of cooking, sugar goes to them. Mix everything well.

We connect all the parts together, after which we let the mixture brew for 1 hour, having previously closed the pan with a lid. And at the end we sterilize, preferably in the microwave and no more than 5 minutes
