- Freezing technology
The main mistake of housewives is the freezing method, similar to freezing berries. But it's worth noting that the melon pulp contains a large percentage of water. Therefore, freezing, the water breaks the fibers, and after defrosting the melon turns into porridge.
The ideal freezing option is fast freezing, which uses dry ice. The fibers are not damaged, and the pulp remains intact.

- Choosing a melon. Healthy, strong fruit.
- Peel the fruit, cut it into two parts and remove the seeds. After that, cut the pulp into small cubes.
- We lay out the cubes on a tray so that they do not touch each other. We put the tray in the refrigerator and turn on the quick freeze mode. The ideal temperature for this procedure is -18 degrees.
- After the freezing has passed, we remove the cubes and arrange them in containers. It should be noted that such a volume of melon should be placed in the container, which you can consume at a time, since repeated freezing is categorically contraindicated.

- We need syrup to preserve the melon flavor. To prepare it, it is necessary to mix sugar and water in equal proportions; the procedure should be carried out over low heat.

- Place the containers in the freezer.
You can also puree the melon pulp, arrange in jars or glasses, and also freeze in a regular freezer.
It should be noted that when frozen, one way or another, the melon loses some of its taste. Thus, after thawing, in any case, it will have to be sweetened.
