Of course, there is no penalty for cleaning, and everyone can clean up the forest if they wish. But there are sanctions for refusing to harvest. But not for everyone, but only for those whose sites border on this very forest. The summer resident must maintain the territory at a distance of 10 meters from the border of his site in order: remove garbage, branches, dry grass.
The purpose of such cleaning is, first of all, to prevent fires. The punishment for unkempt forest is 5000 rubles.
Cluttered area
On their own plots, summer residents must also maintain cleanliness and mow them in time. If a careless gardener stores trash on the site, he faces a punishment of 2,000-5,000 rubles. If the site is overgrown with weeds - 1500 rubles. In both cases, by the way, an order to eliminate the violation is first issued. A fine is issued only after the summer resident does not fulfill the order within the prescribed period.
Fence
The fence separating neighboring houses can reach 2 meters in height and be deaf (in agreement with the neighbors). The partition between the sections should not exceed 1.5 meters and must necessarily transmit light (mesh, lattice, etc.). The distance from the fence to residential buildings is at least 3 meters, to utility buildings - at least 1 meter.
For an incorrect fence, a fine of up to 5,000 rubles awaits.
Well
Some wells are taxed, others are not. If your well is in upper aquifers, sand or limestone, you do not need to pay tax. Wells and Abyssinian wells are also free of charge. The tax is not paid even if an individual does not use water from his own well for commercial purposes.
The volume of water consumption from underground should not exceed 100 cubic meters per day.
To use wells, horticultural partnerships issue a license for the use of subsoil. If there is no such license, you will have to pay a fine:
- 3000-5000 rubles for an individual;
- 30,000-50,000 rubles for an official in respect of whom an administrative offense has been established;
- 800,000-1,000,000 rubles for legal entities.
It so happens that there is a license, but the use of mineral resources in a gardening partnership is in violation of the requirements. Then the penalties are slightly less:
- 2000-3000 rubles for individuals;
- 20,000-40,000 rubles for officials;
- 300,000-500,000 rubles for organizations.
