The row has a dense shiny hat, the ends of which are turned inward. From a distance it looks like a round bun.

The structure of the fungus

The top of the row is in most cases 10 cm in diameter, although there are more. The color of the mushroom is light with a purple and yellow tint. This indicator varies depending on climatic conditions, location and maturity of the blue leg.

As previously indicated, the edges of the cap are rolled up, but in overripe fruits they can be turned inside out. The hat is a little oily to the touch, sticky in wet weather. Under it are yellow plates, but they can be cream, pink-white or gray-white. The plates are large, freely arranged.

The legs are quite rough (up to 3 cm) and even. The length does not exceed 1 decimeter. Young mushrooms are distinguished by a special lilac color of the fibrous structure. The flesh of the mushroom is of the same color. With age, the mushroom becomes loose. Its aroma is similar to pineapple, at least as experienced mushroom pickers say.

Collection rules

The mushroom is quite common, except for the Far North, it can be found throughout Russia. Also grows in Kazakhstan, Europe and America. The usual place of germination is meadows and pastures, as they love light. They rarely grow in the forest and only under deciduous plants. They love places with organic fertilizers. It is possible to find a mushroom in places with rotten leaves.

Germinate next to each other, families. It's hard not to notice them. Several kilograms can be collected from one mycelium. This can be done from mid-spring to mid-autumn. They tolerate sub-zero temperatures up to -5 degrees well.

Important!

It is better for beginners not to take old mushrooms. Poisoning can occur if not properly cleaned.

How to use

If we talk about taste, the bluefoot has a lot in common with champignons. Moreover, if you choose certain additional ingredients, you can get a dish that resembles chicken from it.

As for the cooking methods, you can do anything with the bluefoot that involves careful heat treatment. The only limitation is not to eat it raw. However, this is unlikely to occur to anyone.

Novice mushroom pickers should not pick mushrooms that they do not understand. Otherwise, the consequences can be bad.
