Pickled cucumber recipe

  • cucumbers (I can't say with certainty how many will be needed. Because it will depend on the jar you choose, and, accordingly, on the size of the cucumbers themselves);
  • dill umbrellas;
  • one large carrot;
  • one onion;
  • 2 liters of water;
  • about 200 ml of vinegar;
  • 7 tbsp. l. Sahara;
  • 3 tbsp. l. salt.

The recipe is simple. It is easy to perform even for inexperienced housewives. You should choose medium sized vegetables. It is advisable to choose altogether small cucumbers. They will be crispy and vigorous. Then you should rinse them thoroughly and soak them in cool water. You can even leave it to stand overnight. Now you need to cut off the ends on both sides.

Take a jar and place vegetables in it. With regard to cucumbers, the amount will depend on the can. Cut the carrots into slices. Onions can be chopped into rings or whatever is more convenient for you. Place carrots and onions at the bottom of the jar. Add dill umbrellas to taste. Place the cucumbers in a jar. Place them closer to each other.

Now let's start preparing the marinade. It is done quickly and takes very little time. Pour 2 liters of water into a saucepan. Put on fire. Bring to a boil and add 7 tablespoons of sugar. Stir. Then add 3 tablespoons of salt. Wait until the contents are completely dissolved in boiling water. Now you can remove the pot from the stove. It is important not to hesitate! Add 180-200 ml vinegar. Stir lightly.

Pour the nearly boiling marinade over the jars. Top it is better to season with dill umbrellas. Close the jars tightly with the lids. Done! You should not pre-sterilize the jars. Then they should be wrapped in a warm blanket and so let them cool.

Spicy pickled cucumbers recipe

This recipe is practically no different. The same ingredients are required. It is prepared the same way. But one caveat should be taken into account. Red hot pepper is also placed on the bottom of the jar. For hotter cucumbers, add 2 peppers. You can also add hot peppercorns.
