Chicken fillet is ideal for cooking in a skillet over low heat, as well as in the oven. The material will show recipes for very tasty dishes that look like restaurant dishes and taste the same, but you won't have to bother with them for hours at the stove. But you will definitely succeed in surprising relatives and friends with them.
1. Homemade kebab
Many have long ago mastered the recipe for a dietary kebab of chicken fillet marinated with kefir or yogurt. Why not use the same recipe for cases when there is no barbecue, no strength, no time, but there is a frying pan and a maximum of 10 minutes to prepare food? Cut the chicken fillet into large cubes, add a little salt, a mixture of peppers and a few of your favorite spices. Add kefir or yogurt, mix thoroughly with your hands so that each piece is covered with spices and fermented milk dressing.
About the spices. Hops-suneli, curry, oregano are ideal in tandem with kefir / yogurt. Dill is also great in season. Cover the bowl with the marinated fillets with cling film and forget for at least half an hour. The “convenience” of the recipe is that the meat can wait for the start of heat treatment even until the evening, if it is prepared from morning to work.
Put the pickled fillet pieces in an unheated pan greased with olive oil (no more than a teaspoon), under which the minimum heat of a medium-sized burner is lit.
Pour out the rest of the marinade sauce, cover and forget for 20-25 minutes.
After a while, turn the pieces over, and again forget about them for 15-20 minutes.
Important! The most important thing is that the fillet pieces are stewed, but in no case fried. A low-calorie, tasty, hearty dish is ready.

2. Diet meatballs
Make minced meat from fillets and onions, add 1 not very beaten egg, form koloboks, put in a baking sheet (DO NOT FILL BEFORE FILLING !!!). Pouring: 10% sour cream or yogurt, salt, pepper, your favorite seasoning, dill if desired. Pour the koloboks and forget in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 40 minutes - 1 hour (each housewife has her own nuances of oven operation).

3. Chicken in sweet and sour stew
The trick of this truly chef's dish is that it tastes exquisite, incredibly satisfying, but at the same time it's actually... do not cook, but just buy! You only need to buy food, then give it about 3 minutes to work with deep fat, after which the dish will cook itself in a non-stick pan over low heat.
To prepare the dish, we need: 2 chicken fillets, vegetable oil, tomato paste, canned tomatoes cut into pieces, two bell peppers. Cut two fillets into small pieces. Pour a lot of vegetable oil into a non-stick frying pan, 2 centimeters high, then quickly deep-fry the fillet pieces in deep fat for 2 minutes until a white color is obtained. Drain the oil from the pan. Then we pour a drop of vegetable oil into the pan so that the bottom is only greased, pour more tomato paste into the pan, wait a minute, throw in half-finished pieces of fried fillet, after a minute add chopped bell peppers, after another minute add the entire contents of the can of canned pineapples, including all the juice from there. We make a tiny fire and fry WITHOUT a COVER. All liquid should evaporate, as a result we get meat with stew and thick sweet and sour sauce. Bon Appetit!
