Renovation of a single room 42 m² in the style of minimalism for a young girl

Designer Daria Elnikova designed a one-room apartment for a young girl working in the IT field in a minimalist style.

Taking into account the wishes of the customer, we made a redevelopment and combined the kitchen with the living room.

The customer's wishes included creating a calm, comfortable environment in the room - no frills and bright annoying spots. Therefore, the apartment was decorated in neutral monochrome colors with smooth transitions of tones.

Living room

A part of the kitchen space, which was supposed by the developer, turned into a small recreation area. A piano was built into the interior of the mini-living room.

Opposite is a sofa that can be folded out and used as a guest bed.

Kitchen

Instead of a dining table, a bar counter was placed in the kitchen area, which saved space and occupied an adjacent area with a mini-living room, acting as the zoning border of a single room.

Bedroom

When decorating the bedroom, a slightly larger range of colors was used, but they all support the overall calm pastel range.

There was no place for full-fledged bedside tables, but the designer managed to find narrower counterparts that fit perfectly into the interior.

Bathroom

The customer was not satisfied with the original layout from the developer, which assumed the presence of a separate bathroom.

The premises were united, and thanks to this, it was also possible to allocate space for a laundry room.
