Despite the fact that the customers purchased an apartment with a so-called "free layout", they faced a number of significant restrictions. They could not move wet areas and resize corridor spaces.

  • total area: 59.7 m² (without balcony)
  • Number of rooms: 2
  • A place: Moscow region
  • Who lives here: married couple
  • Budget: 2.45 million rubles
  • Designers: Olga Filippova and other studio designers LOFT & HOME

Taking into account all the difficulties, they tried to organize the interior so that it would meet the needs of the owners as much as possible. For example, they wanted to have a bright, sunny bedroom, and this wish is easily the basis for the layout of the project.

Living room

Most of the home furniture was purchased from IKEA. Nevertheless, the customers did not want the modern Scandinavian style to reign supreme in the apartment, which seemed to them somewhat cold and dry.

Therefore, elements in the spirit of art deco and neoclassicism were built into the interior. In particular, such details in the form of furniture and decor appeared in the living room.

Modern classics also penetrate the design in the form of wall and ceiling skirting boards and specially selected lamps. For easy storage, a solid mirrored cabinet was placed along one of the walls.

Kitchen

The kitchen is decorated in more soothing light colors. Customers opted for a classic white corner set.

In the area adjacent between the living room and the kitchen, a mini-dining room was equipped.

Bedroom

The bedroom has taken over two front windows, which ensured an abundance of light and sun in the room. One of the walls was shortened so as not to deprive the rest of the apartment. Transparent doors were installed on both sides.

Bathroom

The decoration of the bathroom contrasts with the view of the rest of the apartment. Likewise, designers and customers tried to add dynamics and a little humor.

In addition, the colorful tiles in opposite corners helped to hide the necessary technicalities.

Hallway

In the entrance area, the blue background, echoing from the living room, sounds stronger. A small cupboard was placed on the right at the entrance, where the family now keeps memorable things for themselves.
