The base of the palette is formed by calm gray and beige tones. The customers did not want blotches of brighter and more catchy colors. The range was diluted with shades of light wood and black metal.

The planning solution was built taking into account the need to allocate a separate small room for the daughter.

  • total area: 42.6 m²
  • Number of rooms: from the studio to the Euro-two
  • A place: Moscow
  • Who lives here: mom with adult daughter
  • Budget: 1.58 million rubles
  • Designer: Ekaterina Sannikova (Scandinavi)
In addition, the hostesses sought, despite the small area, to preserve as much free space as possible. Therefore, the sofa in the living room was moved closer to the window, and in the kitchen, instead of heavy wall cabinets, light shelves were used.

Living room

The wallpaper was chosen "under the concrete", making a hint of the loft style. The carpet in the seating area supports their blurred pattern. The wall behind the TV was partly marked out with wooden slats, also marking the border with the bedroom.

A fold-out sofa at night can turn into a separate sleeping place for the mother of the family.

Kitchen

The kitchen was separated by an open rack. It also provides space for minimal storage and decor items. The corner set was placed along the entire wall. The cabinet fronts were chosen in a more saturated gray shade than the color of the walls.

The neutral palette was additionally shaded with a dark apron with a pattern resembling a cut in a stone. The balcony adjacent to the kitchen has been converted into a breakfast area.

Bedroom

A small bedroom-room for a daughter in the corner of a single room was formed with the help of an elongated wardrobe and a partition. A compact workplace was also arranged inside.

If necessary, the transparent partition can be covered from the inside with a dense high curtain.

Hallway

A spacious wardrobe was installed in the corridor. Open hangers for everyday outerwear and a chest of drawers were built into the niche at the entrance.

Bathroom

The bathroom is decorated with the same shades of gray, wood and black elements. Additionally, the overall tone of the plant and the chrome metal are diluted.
