Additional volume to the room is given by the height of the ceiling, which was maintained by leaving the concrete floors open.

Kitchen

The set was built in a U-shaped structure and partially drowned in a niche. For zoning purposes, an original architectural form with an integrated storage system for bottles was used.

The upper tier of the cabinets was increased by means of additional wooden drawers, combined with the table top. One of the walls was decorated with tiles. Several open shelves were also placed on it.

Living room

The living room stylistically represents a single space with the kitchen thanks to the use of the same finishing materials - decorative bricks and solid oak engineered boards.

Bedroom

The bedroom was separated by glass partitions. To save space as much as possible, a built-in bed with a lifting mechanism was selected, a podium was designed for it, providing more storage space.

All premises are provided with an internal ventilation system from the developer, which avoided problems with ventilation.

Cabinets

The owner's office was organized next to the hallway. A sofa, desk and storage systems fit here.

The hostess's workplace was set up in the corner by the window. A table and several open shelves were “packed” into a niche.

Hallway

The main storage systems were placed in the spacious hallway. A wardrobe with blue shutters is made to order. The storage issue was not acute, since the management company provided the residents with a separate storage room to accommodate large items.

Bathroom

The design of the bathroom echoes the nautical theme thanks to the use of a door with a porthole that customers like. Later, a teak deck was added to the floor.
