The customer bought an apartment for rent. Accordingly, after the renovation, she wanted to get a versatile interior that would appeal to the majority of potential customers. The hostess tried to create a kind of comfortable room in an expensive hotel.

  • total area: 30 m²
  • Number of rooms: 1
  • A place: Moscow
  • Who lives here: for rent
  • Budget: 2.5 million rubles
  • Designer: Yana Ryabchenko (Yarko Interior)
  • Stylist: Evgeniya Shimkevich
  • Photo: Roman Spiridonov
Thinking over the details of the project, the designer imagined herself as a traveler and tried to transfer her impressions of the capital - in the form of pictures, sounds and smells - into the interior. The result, as she notes, superimposed on personal associations, turned out to be somewhat softer than the real spirit of Moscow.

Living room

The palette was composed of calm neutral shades. The decoration was made simpler, more versatile and inexpensive. The accents were slightly muffled and tried to make them warm.

The main place in the composition of the living room was taken by the Gray Cardinal sofa.

The apartment has high doors installed under the ceiling. This visual slightly expanded the room and allowed air and living light to circulate more freely in space.

Kitchen

The headset was placed in a united front. It turned out to be roomy, in particular, due to the two upper tiers.

Part of the kitchen facades in their shade resemble the surface of asphalt shimmering after rain.

A laconic dining group was placed opposite. The zone was highlighted with more saturated shades using Calligaris chairs. Spanish used as an accent mirror Perm.

Bedroom

The bedroom has implemented a tone-on-tone interior design. The room was diversified by the combination of brass and chrome in accessories.

Vertical stripes at the head of the bed stretch the room somewhat, visually raising the ceiling.

The color scheme was complemented with the help of Zara Home textiles.

When planning the arrangement of furniture, we took care of providing the hallway with natural light.

Bathroom

The bathroom was made in a combination of sand, white and black shades. A shower stall was installed here, saving more free space.

The room used the same Avola fixtures as in the bedroom.
