But still I was tormented by doubts, and suddenly there, inside, a good filling. If not, then let's laugh together. Doubts must be dispelled, the next day I took the charger from my wife and opened it in the garage.

These batteries lay for six months in warehouses and in the store (release date was October 2019). And they lost an insignificant amount of energy in 0.2 V. If we take into account the full charge when leaving the factory at 4.2 V. Already this moment pleases. The discharge is minimal.
By the way there is room for one more battery in the case, so you can increase the power. If only the controller did not warm up.
Well, Power bank collected, quietly returned it to his wife. She didn't even notice my actions.
To sum up. By indirect indications, portable charging is not so bad for its money. It will charge the phone, but how long it will last is not known.
