Having thrown back the locking strips on both hinges, you can begin to dismantle the heat-resistant double glass. To do this, grab it with both hands and lift it up and slightly towards ourselves.
This releases the hinge and the entire door is removed. Access to cleaning the oven is freed. No need to scrub to reach the farthest points of the oven.
