Recently I managed to purchase a summer cottage by the water. A wonderful place to relax body and soul. But besides that you can relax here, you also need to look after the site. The first problem for caring for square meters in the air is overgrown grass. Usually I use a lithium for strong thickets to fight the grass, and I use a cordless trimmer for small shoots. But there is a place where neither one nor the other can cope with lush vegetation. Therefore, I bought just such a braid made of a stainless alloy, with an interesting geometry.

It included a rope and aluminum pins. The braid itself consists of three parts; when unfolded, it acquires a triangular shape and is fixed with a carabiner. Pay attention to the "fangs" cut from a stainless alloy. They conveniently rake in the grass for subsequent dragging.

Where to use a stainless steel braid?

This scythe is used where I cannot get it with a regular Lithuanian. At a depth of 2 meters, it is not possible for it to swing under water. Therefore, to free my pier and the adjacent territory, I use this ingenious design to remove aquatic vegetation. Interfering with rest, swimming, water procedures.

How to mow aquatic vegetation?

To do this, you need to tie one end of the rope somewhere, so as not to lose the device when casting. We throw a triangular braid into the water and wait until it sinks to the bottom.

Then, without jerking, we pull on ourselves, if the load begins to be felt, then the mowing process occurs according to plan. When the prongs are completely clogged, the scythe comes out freely to the shore (pier).

Here is my catch:

It remains only to grab the bottom of the braid and shake off the contents:

For 10 minutes of throws, it was possible to effectively mow a whole cart of grass, polluting the bathing and fishing area.

The neighbor, seeing how I was cleverly coping with the "gigantic wallisneria", decided to make himself this braid, from three metal plates. If you have the desire, material and grinder, it is not difficult to make it. And such methods as a coil of barbed wire and a special rake did not very efficiently mow. Therefore, I am pleased with my purchase.
