A couple of days ago I was in the supermarket and saw the decor there, seemingly simple, but worth more than 2 thousand. rubles. I really liked this decor and decided to do it myself and much cheaper.
This is the decor.
In general, I went to a store where they sell various materials for needlework and bought something.
Here's what I needed to make the decor:
· Foam ball;
· Stabilized moss;
· Hot glue;
· Dry branch;
· Clay cup;
· Stones;
· A little varnish.
So how much did I spend on materials?
Foam ball 30 rubles, moss 300 gr. - 300 rubles, 4 sticks of glue - 40 rubles, clay cup 200 rubles. Stones, a branch, varnish 2 drops I do not count, a glue gun too. In total, I spent 570 rubles! This is almost 3.5 times cheaper than store decor. And I spent no more than 2 hours making it.
Step 1.
Foam ball pasted over with moss, leaving a small area uncovered.
Step 2.
I sawed off the desired piece from the branch.
Step 3.
I cut a recess in the ball and glued a branch into it. And he glued the uncovered area of the ball with moss.
Step 4.
I glued the other end of the branch to the cup.
Step 5.
He covered the branch with stones and glued it in places with hot glue.
Step 6.
The tree trunk was covered with matte acrylic varnish.
Step 7.
I glued moss to the stones.
That's it, everything is simple and fast!
