Living room

The brickwork on the bearing walls is original - the surface was sanded, painted and varnished. The new partitions were faced with decorative bricks of the same format. The communications were left open in accordance with the loft style.

Discreet decoration has become the backdrop for catchy pieces of furniture. A bright turquoise sofa was complemented by a leather armchair with rivets and a coffee table with a metal base. The cast iron stove in the corner of the room serves as a decorative function.

Kitchen

The kitchen was zoned with a sliding glass partition - this is a prerequisite for a gas stove.

L-shaped kitchen set was made to order. Its facades imitate the texture of metal. It was possible to add colors due to bright curtains with a floral print, black technology and communications brought a contrast.

Bedroom

An unusual solution with a canopy became the highlight of the bedroom. Here, too, it was not without a bright decor - a picture at the headboard, an animal skin and an unusual cork chandelier.

The loggia was insulated and a dressing table was placed there.

Hallway

An unusual pipe hanger was installed to store outerwear. Opposite the entrance to the living room, a large mirror was placed in the floor in a vintage frame.

A dressing room is used as the main storage system, so they did not force the hallway with sliding wardrobes.

Bathroom

The design of the bathroom turned out to be contrasting. After redevelopment, it was possible to fit both a bath and a shower here. We moved away from templates as much as possible. An example of this is the sparkling chandelier on the ceiling and the round sink on the underframe.

The washing machine was built into a perforated metal rack.
