An interesting feature of the "Unusual Tenderness" salad is that only one main ingredient is important - chicken fillet. This is the golden base of this dish. As a dressing, as usual, mayonnaise is best. And you can choose all the other components yourself according to your personal preferences or from what is simply available in your refrigerator. In any case, it will be very tasty!

So, with what ingredients is it most convenient to cook this yummy?

With cheese and rice

These two ingredients already hint at the very "tenderness". We need:

  • 0.5 kg of chicken breast;
  • 200 grams of cheese (preferably hard varieties);
  • 80 g long grain rice;
  • 80-100 g of mayonnaise.

However, a salad from such a modest set can be called "naked". So let's add here:

  • 6 eggs;
  • 2 medium carrots;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • ¼ h. l. ground black pepper;
  • salt to taste.

The first step is to cook the fillet. Pour cold water into a saucepan and place the breast. We put on fire. Immediately after boiling, add salt, you can black peppercorns, bay leaves, onions. Cook until tender, until the meat is tender. Let it cool in the same broth. When the meat has cooled down, cut it into longitudinal sticks, separate the fibers by hand.

Go ahead. Boil the rice, as expected. It should be crumbly.

Cook eggs hard-boiled for 10 minutes. We clean, grind on a coarse grater.

Peel the garlic cloves and pass them through a press. Then mix with mayonnaise and add a little pepper. Chop the carrots on a fine grater. We do the same with a bar of cheese. If there is no hard product, the usual one, such as mozzarella, will do.

When everything is ready separately, we proceed to collecting the ingredients.

Lay out the salad in layers. Round salad tins work well for this. Put the chicken on the bottom of a flat dish and covered with a net of garlic-mayonnaise dressing. Next layer: rice, eggs, carrots and cheese.

The finished salad can be garnished with a sprig of parsley, basil or dill. You can put olive circles on top.

With cucumber and prunes

Another interesting version of "Extraordinary Tenderness". Here we need:

  • 400 g chicken or turkey breast;
  • 1 long fresh cucumber;
  • 100 g walnuts or cashews;
  • 150 g prunes;
  • 4 eggs;
  • ½ hour l. coarse sea salt;
  • ¼ h. l. ground pepper mixture;
  • 150-160 g of mayonnaise.

Cook chicken and eggs. Cut the meat into cubes, peel the eggs, separate the white from the yolk. We chop everything on a grater separately.

Salad prunes must be washed and dried on a paper towel. If it is too dry and hard, soak it in boiling water for 5-6 minutes. Then dry and cut into small cubes. We repeat the same operations with the cucumber.

Lightly fry the nuts in a dry frying pan, then knead them with a rolling pin into small pieces.

Let's start assembling the "Tenderness" salad. Put the breast on the bottom of a large-diameter plate, season with pepper, salt and grease with mayonnaise. Then prunes, crushed nuts, proteins, cucumber and yolks come into play.
