Designers Denis and Anton Yurovs from the studio Yurov Interiors designed a 33 m² one-room apartment for a young man who is studying to be a director in America. In terms of style, the customer's preferences were on the side of the scandi and the loft.

  • total area: 33 m²
  • A place: Moscow
  • House type: RC "Lilies of the Valley"
  • Number of rooms: 1
  • Budget: 2 million rubles
  • Who lives here: young man
  • Designers: Denis and Anton Yurovs (studio Yurov Interiors)
Initially, the apartment was rented without partitions. Since it has the status of an apartment, there were no problems with the implementation of the conceived ideas. For finishing the floor in the entire apartment, except for the bathroom and the hallway, we used a beveled laminate, and the walls were covered with paint.

Kitchen-living room

The U-shaped kitchen took up most of the room. The tabletop was taken out of the headset and formed a bar counter. It was complemented by a pair of tall stools to set up the dining area.

The white facades of the lower tier and the pencil case, in which the refrigerator was hidden, were combined with the dark wood of the wall cabinets. They were brought up to the ceiling to increase storage space.

Bedroom

The bedroom was hidden behind a glass partition, which, if desired, can be draped with curtains. Finishing and décor strive for minimalism - restrained colors and a minimum of details.

A triptych of canvases on the wall behind the headboard helped to dilute the strict atmosphere.
During the development of the layout, a niche was foreseen in the bedroom, into which a wardrobe was placed.

Hallway

For practical reasons, tiles were laid on the floor in the hallway. The area with hooks at the entrance was decorated with wooden slats. A free corner was taken under a spacious wardrobe, which was built into a niche.

Bathroom

The leitmotif of the bathroom is a combination of wood and concrete. To diversify the picture, hexagonal tiles with geometric motifs were matched to the porcelain stoneware under the concrete. Black plumbing and fittings helped add contrast.

Despite its small size, it was possible to place a washing machine in the bathroom; it was hidden in the closet opposite the cabinet under the sink.
