The new model is called "Meteor 120R" and is a direct descendant of the Soviet hydrofoil ships of the same name. As before, "Meteor" is positioned as a river vehicle. The new model was first shown to the general public in June this year. Demonstrated the ship at the International Naval Show. The main customer of the new Meteor was the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia. The cost of one Meteora 120R for the customer is 590.5 million rubles. Severrechflot became the owner of the first vessel. It will be used on the rivers of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug. It is assumed that gradually "120R" will replace the old Soviet "Meteora", whose age has already passed the mark of 30 years. The motor ships, as before, will be carried exclusively by passengers. The next car will be assembled only at the beginning of 2022.

The new hydrofoil has a sleek and sophisticated design. The Meteor is 34.4 meters long. Width - 9.2 meters. The draft of the vessel is 2.5 meters. The displacement of the ship is 68 tons.
