Repairs in the apartment did not have 60 years, so U Concept studio designers a complete redesign done without problems. Now, living room entrance, the kitchen is the bedroom and in the hallway - cloakroom.
Demolished everything to the ground - dismantled walls and floors, replaced the communications. Even the walls that remained in their places, had to build from scratch, because they literally crumbled.
To find a place for the bedroom and the nursery, the kitchen was moved into the living room. We chose a simple white facade in the color of the walls, to mask the cooking zone.
All the walls in the apartment painted in white color and parquet floors warm hue. Against this backdrop, more expressive contrasting furniture.
Dining group moved to the balcony door. The door itself was replaced by the French Swing and warmed balcony again made open as the proposed project.
After redevelopment living room became a checkpoint. Four doors are symmetrically arranged at the corners of the room. Each of them masked to match the walls and not conspicuous.
Identified only door to the dressing room, which is "cut off" from the nursery. It should continue to visually corridor, so it was closed mirrored panels.
In the dressing room and child did not build a wall. The role of the partitions perform cabinets and furniture design "house". On the bottom tier - one bedroom, on the top - a play area. And next to a large built-in wardrobe.
On-site arranged the kitchen bedroom with an entrance from the living room. From the other rooms it features dark green self-leveling floor. Color "crawls" on the podium with integrated storage system. From the edge - linen retractable drawers, and under the mattress with a lifting mechanism for an additional compartment for rarely used items.
The idea came up to the podium, because the standard bed would take up the entire width of the tiny room. Now able to do even without the cabinets.
For registration bathrooms chose a simple but visually very expressive technique: Pick a simple square tiles of three colors and "girded" s room.
Instead of the usual mirror panels closed a cupboard along the wall. And nearby there is sufficient space in order to hide the washing machine and water heater. Shelf between them left open.
