A person gets used to everything, including the sounds emitted by a smartphone (from key clicks to ringtones and alarm clocks). When switching to a smartphone from another brand, you have to get used to different sounds, although many would prefer to leave everything as it was. But it's very easy to use sounds from an old smartphone on a new one. I'll tell you how to transfer them.
All sounds for smartphones on Android are stored in the system folder / system / media / audio. There are five folders, the name of which makes it clear the purpose of sounds in each of them. For example, "alarms" contains alarm sounds, and "ringtones" contains ringtones. All files have the .ogg format and extension.
Regular applications "Files" or "Explorer" do not allow you to see the system area, so we need any file manager that can work with the Android system area, for example Total Commander.
Launch Total Commander and select the Root folder. There we find the System folder and go into it. Scroll down, find the Media folder and click on it (specifically on the yellow folder, and not on the label next to it), a selection checkmark will appear.
I will show the copying process using a USB flash drive as an example, but you can copy sounds through the clouds or even send them by mail. So, we connect the flash drive (via an OTG adapter or directly, if the flash drive has a Type-C or MicroUSB connector).
Click on the top right arrow, select "USB storage", click the left arrow.
Make sure that the "media" folder is still marked with a green checkmark and press the copy button below. A window appears in which we press the word "copy". We allow the application to access the USB drive. The files are copied.
All system sounds were recorded on the USB stick. Now you can paste it into a new phone and copy the entire Media folder to the root of the user section "Internal memory". Many Android smartphones perceive audio files in this folder as system sounds and they will simply be added to the default sounds in all settings and applications. If it doesn't, you can choose sounds from your old smartphone as custom ringtones.
