  • half a liter of water;
  • table vinegar in the amount of 80 ml;
  • a tablespoon of sugar;
  • two teaspoons of salt;
  • black and white pepper - five peas each;
  • a tablespoon of dill seeds;
  • two leaves of lavrushka.
Boil water with vinegar, sugar and salt, add pepper and spices. 5 minutes after boiling, throw in the mushrooms, cook for 40 minutes, distribute the finished marinade to the jars.

With garlic and mustard

Lovers of unusual flavors will like this original recipe with garlic and mustard:

  • spices: three bay leaves, 5 clove flowers, cinnamon - the third part of the stick, black pepper - 10 peas;
  • 15 ml vinegar 70% essence;
  • 40 grams of salt and sugar;
