35 m² apartment in the “house of incentives, crafts and trades” turned into a style icon

Designers from Line Design Studio designed a 35 m² one-room apartment with a separate bedroom for rent. The apartment was redeveloped, providing all the necessary functional areas. The aesthetic concept is based on a modern minimalist style.

The designers have almost completely rethought the original space, organizing everything for a comfortable life for one or two people.

The range is based on neutral shades - white, black and gray. A rich terracotta was used as the main accent color. The walls and ceiling were roughly plastered and painted. The flooring was replaced with fresh pine planks.

Living room

A graphic corner sofa was placed in the living room, made, like almost all other furniture in the apartment, to order according to the sketches of designers.

Kitchen

The laconic set combines natural wood and contrasting black facades. The top cabinets were replaced with white metal shelving so as not to burden the space.

The refrigerator was placed at the entrance. Additional storage space was provided above it. They were installed at the full height of the room.

Bedroom

The entrance to the bedroom was marked with gray paint and black curtains. To allow natural light to penetrate there, the partition at the top was equipped with glazing in dark metal profiles.

Hallway

In the resulting niche in the hallway, a mini-dressing room was equipped. The entrance area itself was highlighted in gray-blue.

Bathroom

The bathroom was performed in a contrasting range, linking black and light gray shades. The window overlooking the kitchen was replaced with a larger window to let in more daylight.
