Many families have summer cottages, where they pleasantly, bending over the beds, spend time. So I recently became the proud owner of a summer residence. But not simple, but near the water.
The suburban area is located almost by the water. These lands were distributed back in Soviet times and the concept of a water protection zone was not so strongly developed at that time. Therefore, summer residents have the opportunity without leaving their garden: to swim, fish, enjoy the water coolness.
In addition, you can legally fish for crayfish. A delicacy that goes well with soft drinks. Something recently, our reservoirs began to be dug in search of this crustacean. And on the market the cost of kg. cancer is 800 - 1000 rubles. As they say, it is readily taken in restaurants and beer bars in large cities. I am all the more pleased that these arthropods are caught right next to them.
We check the catch, we get the crayfish. Surprisingly, this fishing tool took a decent amount of crayfish on board. Naturally, we release mothers with caviar and small crustaceans.
It remains only to cook them, there is nothing complicated in this. But it is important to know that they should be cooked for at least 10 minutes in boiling water. Also, do not cook crayfish that do not show signs of life.
In total, I selected 13 large crayfish, released the fry. There were no caviar mothers with crustaceans.
I cooked in a slow cooker, added salt, dill and pepper.
After ten minutes of boiling, such a delicacy turned out.
Honestly, it turned out very tasty.
